Hi! I’m Katie Hersey.
I believe in hands-on support through every step of the home selling process. I approach the sale of your home from both an emotional and highly-tactical standpoint. I enjoy meeting with clients well before the expected list date so I can take as much weight off of you as possible. I have a team of the most skilled contractors, designers, stagers, and photographers, and I oversee every task so you don't have to! At the end of the day my job goes well beyond just putting your home on the market. I love helping people, I love my city, and most importantly I truly love what I do.

Little-known fact
When I was young I had a very tough time accepting that unicycling wasn’t a viable career path. After years of honing my skills, I had to hang up my unicycles (I had three) and shift my focus to something with a bit more potential. But I’m pretty sure I could still cruise around on one wheel if the opportunity ever arose!

Little-known fact
I grew up horse back riding! My childhood horses name is Coco, and she lives at my parents property to this day.
